EOK PLUNKET FUNDS The mannequins wlio are taking part in the ‘‘Cavalcade of Fashions” have used their imagination and ingenuity to improvise all sorts of novel dresses to wear in die burlesque parade at thv vaudeville show to be presented in the D.I.C. Tearoom tomorrow evening (Tuesday, August 27). Fashions of by-gone years will also be featured. As well as this novel number. Air. George. Allan will present a ‘‘Totted Revue” with the following artists taking part: Atisscs Zelda Walls, Olive Lee. Audrey Thomas, Alina Walls, Ivy Afikkloson and the Rex Boys. Another attraction is a one-act play by Jan Forlong, to be given by players of the Repertory Theatre. Thc-sc who attend this novel entvriainment will not only spend a pleasant evening, which includes supper, but. will be helping the Plunket Society to raise the money needed to carry on the work. Reservations may be made at the D.I.C. Inquiry Office.
