The death is announced in 'Toledo of “Sister Rose of the Crows and the Eskimos,” a pioneer nun of the Ursuline Order, who, for 61 years, laboured as a missionary in out-of-the-way districts. Sister Rose, who was 8.3 years of age, was a native of Scotland. In 1884, she was sent as a missionary to the Crown Indians of Montana, ami later, with another nun, she went to Alaska to found the missions to the Eskimos.
