AUTOJECTOR APPARATUS EXPERIMENT ON DOG PHYSIOLOGISTS ASTONISHED. [By Telegraph—Tress Association —Copyright' Moscow, Aug. 21. Demonstrating the conquest of death, Professor Bruchonenko, a Soviet scientist, astonished delegates to the International Congress of Physiologists. He <1 rained nearly all the blood from an anaesthetised dog, which lost its reflexes and ceased breathing. Professor Bruuchoncnko after ten minutes applied an autojector, an apparatus designed to pump blood into an organism and maintain the normal blood pressure and temperature and also feed oxygen into the blood stream. The dog’s heart beat and breathing were restored after five minutes. The autojector was disconnected, the artery sewn up, and the dog continued breathing. A moan testified that life had returned. Professor Bruchonenko asserts that death is not final, namely, when the tissues are not’ destroyed, life cun bo restored. He has restored life 35 to -10 minutes after death. It is expected that the researches will be invaluable in accident cases.
