WANGANUI ROAD AMATEURS 42-MILE RACE TO-MORROW. \ HANDICAPS DECLARED. 'l'he Wanganui Amateur Cycling Club will hold a 42-mile road race to-morrow, starting at 2 p.m. The race will start at the Red Lion Inn, and the route will be up to Upokongaro, back through the Kaimatira, and out to Turakina and back, finishing at the boundary at Putiki, 'l’he following handicaps ha\ e been declared:— J.
