Mrs. C. R. White, Cum brae Place, has returned after a week spent in Wellington. Mr. and Mrs. M. Birch, Whakatane, are visting Wanganui. Mrs. Swainson, of Pahiatua, who has been visiting her sister, Miss Avery, Hipango Terrace, returns home to-day. . Miss Ida Signal and Miss Molly Cain spent the week-end in Hawera. Mrs. IDorolhy Christie has returned to Putiki from Wellington. Mrs. Serie, of Devonport, Auckland. ( who has been the guest of her sister, ►Mrs. F. \V. Wagstaff, Gloucester Street has returned. Miss Lorna Strang, Wanganui, is spending her vacation with friends at Newtown, Wellington. Miss Sybil Williams, Wellington, is ' spending the term holidays with her parents, Canon and Mrs. *W. G. Williams, Aramoho. * * * • Mr. and Mrs. R. M. Firth, who have been staying in Wanganui, left on ' Monday night's express for Auckland. They will be pasengers on the Niagara for Los Angeles.
