THE BLACKBALL TRAGEDY INQUEST TO BE RESUMED MURDER CHARGE AGAINST MAN. I Per Press Association. 1 WELLINGTON, July 19. The inquest into the circumstances of the death of Margaret Al ay Smith, who died at Blackball on Seplembei 24 as a result of eating poisoned chocolates which had been posted to her, will be resumed at the Grey mouth Courthouse on Monday, July 29. Simultaneously with the inquest a man will be charged with the murder of Miss Smith, and also two charges of attempted murder of Miss Ethel Bragg and Ali.ss Jean Clark, both of Blackball, will be Ynade. About 60 witnesses will be called from as far north as Auckland and as far south as Otago. The hearing is expected to last four to five days.
