TO MARRY PATEA MAN SINGER RETURNS TO N.Z. IP* - Fr»« Aatodaduil. J WELLINGTON, April 29. An arrival by the Monowai from Sydney to-day was Madame Elsa Stralia, noted Australian soprano, who has come to New Zealand to marry Adolph Christensen, of Tatpa. The marriage would not take place for some time, said Madame Stralia. They first, met at Patea four months ago. “It was love at first sight.’’ she said. “'After having known each other only three days we became engaged.” Now that New Zealand was to he her home. Madame Stralia added, she intended to do all she could to assist young New Zealand singers.
