WAITEMATA COUNTY. ( Per Preee AavjriaUon ). AUCKLAND, April 29. Owing to a mistake the nomination paper of a candidate for the Waitemata County Council, posted at Waitakere on April 20, was not delivered in time before the dosing time of nominations on the following Friday, and in consequence the returning officer has excluded the would-be candidate from nomination.
