MR. LYSNAR’S PROJECT. ( P«r Press Association ). GIBBOKNE, April 29. Complete satisfaction with the termof the project arranged by Mr. W. D. Lysnar during his visit to London for tho completion by private enterprise of the Gisborne railway is expressed by Mr. John. Jackson, Mayor of Gisborne and chairman of the District Railway Committee, who has had an opportunity of inspecting the meinoran dam submitted to the New Zealand Gove j nnient.
