GRAND JUBILEE DANCE. In connection with the King s Jubilee celebrations at Alar ton, the Afarton Old Boys’ Football Club and the United Ladies’ Hockey Club will hold a combined dance in the Empire Hall on Alonday, May 6. The combined dance advertised for Al ay 1 has been cancelled and the Jubilee celebrations dance will be held instead. Gus. Large s full orchestra has been engaged to supply the music and a number of carnival novelties will be introduced. The supper will be under the supervision of a ladies’ committee, who will also have charge of the decorations. The prices of admission are men 2s 6d, ladies 2s, double ticket 4s.
