PARLIAMENT OPEN'S
GOVERNOR’S ADDRESS. MELBOURNE, March 21. lHe State Parliament has opened. The Governor’s address mentioned the Government's intention to maintain the principles of sound finance. It will introduce legislation immediately for the relief of the primary producers and will continue its policy enabling private industry to reabsorb employees.
