AT STRATFORD YESTERDAY. PAT FA’S SUCCESS. The annual Taranaki band contest was held at Stratford yesterday. Results were as follow: Brass Bands (B Grade). Taranaki Regimental and New Ply mouth Municipal, musical points 133. military points 1854, total 3184 J Hawera Municipal, musical points 130, military points 1755, total 305$ 2 Stratford Municipal, musical points 126. military points 160$, total 286$ 3 Brass Bands (C Grade). Elthani Municipal, musical points 104, military points 178, total 282 I. Patea Municipal, musical points 106, military points 171$, total 277$ . 2 Inglewood Municipal, musical points 109. military points 1635, total 272$ 3 The Patea Brass Band came second
