BRITISH COMMISSION. (British Official Wireless.] RUGBY, March 9. At the preliminary meeting of mem bers of the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Private Arms Manufacture and Trade Questions procedure was discussed. As one member is at present abroad the Commission will not begin its sitting until next month.
