LONDON PRICES STEADY. LONDON, Feb. 4. At the wool sales 7229 bales were offered, including .1297 from New Zealand, and about. 3391 Australian and New Zealand bales were sold. There was good Home and Continental competition, with prices fully steady. The series closes to morrow. New Zealand scoured Merinos, Oxford. 19d, 18Jd; greasy crossbred, Kapiti, JOd. THE SYDNEY SALES. Received Feb. 5, 10.35 p.m. SYDNEY, Feb. 5. At, the wool sales .10,869 bales were offered and 9669 sold, also 663 privately. There was good general competition, chiefly from Yorkshire, Japan and the Continent, and satisfactory’ clearances were effected, Greas\ r Merino made tn I9d.
