SPANISH EX-ROYAL FAMILY Received Feb. -1, 10.40 p.m. MADRID, Feb. 3. A bill is being introduced in the Cortes entitliug the ex-Royal 1-amily, excepting Alfronso, to dispose of their Spanish property, the t s.ile of which was prohibited in 1931. Queen Ena s personal effects will be returned to her.
