ACCIDENTS IN SYDNEY Received Feb. 3, 6.30 p.m. SYDNEY, Feb. 3. During speedway racing at the showgrounds last night, a couple of sensational accidents occurred, in one of which the English test captain, Tiger Stevenson, and his team mate, Cliff Parkinson, figured.
