CHARLES CHAPLIN FILM. COMEDIAN A JEW. LONDON, Jau. 11. Owing to Charles Chaplin, film comedian, being a Jew, the Minister of Propaganda. Dr. Goebbels, has banned “The Gold Rusih,” says the Berlin correspondent of the Times. The film was licensed in 1926 and had long disappeared from circulation, being only occasionally revived in theatres specialising in the shewing of famous old films.
