MAN’S BODY IN RIVER
HANDS AND EEET TIED NU SIGNS OF FOUL Pl.Al I Per Pr«as AmociaUM. | HAMILTON, Jan. 21. With feet and hands tied with binder twine, lhe body of an unidentified man was found floating in the Waikato River this afternoon, approximately three miles on the Hamilton side of Cambridge. A cursory glance failed to disclose evidence of foul play. If there is any on the body it will not be disclosed until a post mortem examination. The body is that of a middle-aged man. From its state it is surmised tuat it has been immersed for a fortnight. Both the hands and feet are tied rather loose As the hands are held in front it is quite possible that, the binding < f hands and feet, were the handiwork of the dead man.
