NORTH ISIJ\ND TITLES TOURNAMENT CONCLUDES I Per Press Association. 1 WAIPUKURAU, Jan. 21. The North Island lawn tennis tournament was concluded at Waipawa this afternoon when the finals of th« handicap events were completed. The men’s handicap singles was won. by Latham, who beat Thorp 9—o. Miss Shand easily won the women ’s singles, Misrws Astle and Taylor defeating Misses D. Ormond and W’hite in an even match in the finals of the women’s doubles- Hobin and Miss Astle won the combined doubles.
