THE No. 5 DISTRICT. ROADS RECOMMENDED. Owing to the dropping of two or three lines of type two lengths of road recommended to be declared main highways were omitted from the report of Saturday’s meeting of the No. 8 District Highways Council which was published yesterday. The complete list is as follows: — Patca County: 10 miles of the Waitotara Valley Road. Rangitikei County: 3 7-Bth miles of the Cliff Road to Onepuhi. Waimarino County: 41 miles of the Wanganui River Road (left bank). Wanganui County: 3J miles of the Wanganui River Road (left bank). Waitotara County: 3| miles of the Blueskin Road. Hunterville Town Board: Half a mile of the Kotukutuku Road which carries a heavy volume of traffic to the railway station. Total length: 25 1.-Bth miles.
