SMALLER MEMBERSHIP. RAIN MARS DEMONSTRATION LONDON, Sept. 2flz Mr. Citrine, secretary of the Trade Union Congress, announced a 100,000 decrease in the affiliated membership. The 570 delegates represent, 3,294,581 members. The congress will open tomorrow. Heavy rain marred the inaugural demonstration at Maumbury Ring, the Roman amphitheatre at Dorchester, today. .
