BUTTER MARKET STEADIER CHEESE QUIET The London butter market was quiet last week, prices easing about 2s, but 'closed steadier at the reduced prices. Deliveries of New Zealand butter last week totalled 1366 tons, compared with 1414 tons for the previous week, and 1850 tons a year ago. The quantity of New Zealand butter in store last week was 11,277 tons, compared with 11,842 tons for the previous week, and 5769 tons a year ago.
