Sinister Germany plans for acria gaj attacks on London and Paris were mentioned by Air H. Wicshrci Steec in the Nineteenth Century. The allega tions were based on secret document? claimed to have amanated from the German War Office, reaching Mr. Steed from various non-Jewish German sources. The documents had been examined by experts who saw no reason to doubt the genuineness of at least several. It was alleged that since 193.1 a department of the German War Office called “Air Gas Attack” had con ducted experiments with the infection of cities, mainly by using air currents in unde rg round i ail ways.
