INSURANCE FRAUD
SHIPPING MEN ARRESTED Received July 2, 11.5 p.m. ROME, Julv 1. Six shipping men, including I>x'or Aurigo, president of the Geneva Slipping Company, the captain, and chief engineer, have been arrested for causing the wilful sinking of the Italian cargo boat Otranto, near Manilla on Alarch 23, with the object of obtaining £70.000 from two British insurance companies. It is alleged that a ‘cargo of lesser value wa< substituted before sailing.
