MATURED BILLS UNPAID CLEARING HOUSE IMMINENT (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright LONDON, July 1. The Daily Express asserts that German private bills maturing in London last week were not met. This is the first time this has happened and it will probably destroy the market for thorn. The newspaper also claims authoritative knowledge that the official debt negotiations are foredoomed to failure and tho establishment of an exchange clearing house is imminent. WOOL EMBARGO PROLONGED INDEFINITELY Received July 2, 11.55 p.m. BERLIN, July 2. The wool embargo has been prolonged indefinitely. Wool consumers prc-pose that the auctions should be replaced by allotments and fixed prices in view of tho recent advances.
