PANEL-BEATING
LACK OF ARTISANS ( Per Press Association ). WELLINGTON, June 29. The lack of artisans skilled in panelbeating, which includes the straightening of the dented steelwork of motorcars, has left employers in a curious position and the New Zealand Coa'ch and Motor-body Builders’ Federation has decided to approach the Government for assistance in institutin ga scheme for training unemployed youths in their factories as specialised workers, especially in panel beating. The federation is considering n)so making it known in England that there is a lack of these workers in New Zealand.
