COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS PROGRESS BEING MADE (British Official Wireless.] RUGBY, June 2T. At a meeting of the International Rubber Regulations Committee held *u London to-day, the committee welcomed Sir George Beharrell, representing the Indiai übber Manufacturers’ Association of Groat Britain, and Herr Otto Friedrich, representing the Reichsverbank Der Deutschon Kautschuk induct ries, who attend as members of the advisory panel of manufacturers, i The appointment of a third of the members of the panel by tno Rubber Manufacturers’ Association of America is expected shortly. The committee considered various matters relating to the organisation of their woik, the preparation of statistics, cost of production, consumption, and stocks of crude rubber. The conii mitteo also considered reports by the various delegations on measures taken ,by the countries they represent to implement their obligations under the international agreement. This matter is very well advanced and trie committee is satisfied with the progress made
