TRADE NEGOTIATIONS. CONFERENCE IN LONDON. [ British Official Wireless. ] RUGBY, April 6. Trade negotitions between the Irish Free State and the Government of India opened in London yesterday at the office of the Irish Trade Commission Secretary, Mr. John Dulanty. Possibilities are being examined of developing trade between India and the Free State by tariff preferences. The meetings are a sequel to the conversations which took place during the Ottawa Conference
