The increased retail price is enabling farmers to sell their surplus to the cheese factories at a dumped price. Tho Financial News adds: “Afajor Elliot is already out of patience with the Dominions’ reluctance to reduce dairy produce shipments. Is he now going to bully the Dominions anew to make more room for English subsidised cheese ?’’
