OHAKUNE
MAGISTRATE’S COURT. At the monthly sitting of the Magistrate’s Court before Mr. B. M. Watson, S.M., judgment for plaintiff was given in the following cases:—W. M. Borlase v. Hastings Box Co., Ltd., claim £l5 19s fid and costs; C. J. Blinkhorue v. A. Climo, claim £1 15s and costs; Public Trustee v. P. Feak, claim £4 10s 7d and costs; S. Freeman and R. Macklivaith, vlaim £7 and costs. Judgment Summonses. ’ G. Cosford was ordered to pay 30s a month to Chan Fung and Co., in default 28 days until amount of judgment was paid. P. Feak was ordered to pay the Farmers’ Trading Co. £22 9s fid forthwith, in default 21 days, warrant to bo suspended as long as he pays 30s a month; solicitor’s fee, £1 Ils fid was allowed plaintiff.
