A party of local skiers and deer stalkers are to make the trip up to the site next week-end when a start will be made to build the hut. A meeting of all those interested will be hold in Air. F. Heise’s billiard room on Saturday evening to make arrangements for the trip. CRICKET. A local cricket team visited Ohingaiti during the week-end and tried conclusions against a team chosen from that club. Ideal weather prevailed and a very enjoyable day was spent. On a tricky pitch runs were difficult to obtain and in consequence the scoring was not high. However, all players were out after runs and with a narrow margin of seven runs, the game ended with a victory for Ohingaiti. A i match is to be played to-morrow I afternoon between two local teams in I order to pick a team to play a return match with Ohingaiti at an early date. PERSONAL. Mr. and Airs. S.
