MAGISTRATE’S JUDGMENT I Per Press Association. I WELLINGTON, Dec. 21. Reserved judgment was given by Mr. Stillwell, S.M., to-day in the recent case of RKO Pictures (Australasia), Ltd., versus C. E. Gray, at one time exhibitor at Manurewa, plaintiffs claiming £76 7s 7d arising from repudiation of a written agreement to take certain films. Judgment was for plaintiffs for £75 9s 7d.
