LOAN TO AUSTRALIA. SHIPS REACH SYDNEY. Received Dec. 21, 10.15 p.m. SYDNEY, Dec. 21. The five British destroyers on loan to the Australian Navy, the Stuart, Waterhen, y-rsiLTra, Vampire and Voyager, ariSjtd at SydAey to-day. They made an reposing picture in the harbour. The Stuart’s commlnder, Captain Lilley, R.N., interviewed, 4*%ucd the report of discontent and insubordination during the voyage. The Vampier and Vendetta wi\l be placed in reserve for the time be\ng. and their crews will be absorbed by the other ships. The other three destroyers will remain in full commission.
