Sir, — Che members of the Wanganui Relief Workers’ Organisation desire me to express their hearty thanks and appreciation to all those—associated and individually—who have so generously come to their assistance by donations of money, goods and services during the past year. We, would prefer to express our thanks individually, but this is impossible as the kindly generosity shown is so general and widespread. ‘ While we strongly resent our position, we none the less gratefully appreciate the practical sympathy shown by so many and sincerely wish one and all every good wish for the festive season and the coming New Year.—l am. etc. H.
