Dominion to-day, while a fresh westerly depression is advancing across the Tasman. Forecast.—Winds: Backing temporarily to southerly in places, but moderate to strong westerly to northerly predominating. Seas (New Zealand waters): Rather rough on the west coast and Cook and Foveaux Straits areas, elsewhere moderate.
