JUBILEE CELEBRATIONS. A meeting of the executive committee was held on Monday evening. Mr E. J. Bowater presided. The secretary (Mr. J. M. Croucher') stated that the accounts had not been finalised, but a rough balance-sheet submitted showed a credit balance of about 12. It was resolved that a donation of 10s fid ho made to the Palmerston North Garrison Band and a donation of one and a-half guineas to the Feilding Salvation Army Band towards cost of transport. Reference was made to the efforts of Mr. Donald Murray during the carnival and it was resolved to give him £1 ns a token of appreciation.
