EX LABOUR PREMIER. I - ~ Received Dee. 4. 10.26 p.m. MELBOURNE, Dec. 4. Mr. Edmond Hogan, former Labour Premier, was awarded one shilling damages against the central executive of the Australian Labour Party for. an infringement of his rights by excluding him from the pre-selection ballot for a State Parliamentary seat. Mr Justice Gavan-Duffy said the executive's action was contrary to the rules of the organisation. , ,
