PAPARANGI DOG TRIALS
LONG HEAD RESULTS Tn fine weather yesterday and before a large number of interested spectators, the Paparangi dog trials were commenced, the first competition being the long head. The number of entries is larger than was the case last year, and competition promises to be keen throughout the trial?. Following is the result of the long head: —M. M. Stott’s Bob. 45 J points. 1; F. Smith’s Highland King 45 points. 2; J. Williams’ Jack Tar. 44 points. 3; J. Goodwin’s Nell, 43| points, 4. Thirty entries.
