WILSON CUP
CHALLENGE FROM MANAWATU. The Manawatu Golf Club has issued a challenge to the Wanganui Club for the Wilson Cup. As Wanganui has held the cup for three years, the conditions state that they must travel this year. Wanganui is sending a team to Palmerston North this week-end and the Wilson Cup team will be selected from the following:—B. M. Silk, M. Duncan, B. C. Haggitt, U. G. Williams, I. Saunders, H. G. Carver, J. Goss, J. M. Hussey, L. W. Hogben, F. C. Hutchison, D. R. Pharazyn, R. Handley, V. B. Haworth, D. Murchie, C. Gilbert.
