INJURIES PROVE FATAL. I I Per Press Association.] GREYMOUTH, Nov. 14. i I'he miner, James Devlin, of Runlanga. who with the late Robert Gore • was buried by a fall of stone in the co-operative coal mine at Dunollie on I Friday, succumbed to his injuries in the Greymouth Hospital this evening. When admitted, Devlin was suffering from shock and extensive bruising, lie gradually became worse and it is stated that an X-ray examination revealed internal injuries.

Deceased was a ntive of Brunnurton. He was married, aged 42, and had one child.
