CHAMBER OF COMMERCE. The monthly meeting of the Chamber of Commerce was held on Tuesday, when the president, Mr. D. P. Scarfe, was in the chair. The statement of receipts of the “drive” was adopted, on the motion of Mr. McDowell . The chairman reported on the activities of the committee, entrusted with the details.
