His Honour Mr. Justice McGregor will preside at the forthcoming sessions of the Wanganui Supreme Court. Dr. W. G. Sanderson) in a national campaign for the conservation and propagation of native forests and birds. At the annual meeting of the Rotary Club of Christchurch, held on Wednesday, the following officers were elected for the ensuing year:—President, Dr. H. G. Denham; vice-president, Mr. Denys Hoare; hon. secretary-treasurer, Mr. L. G. K. Steven; Scrgcant-at-Arms Mr. P. Hockley; board of directors, the Rev. Stephen Parr, Dr. L. C. L. Averill, Messrs. G. J. Lancaster, R. Arch Campbell, and A. J. McEldowney. The immediate past-president is Mr. A. M. Burns.
