MAGISTRATE’S COURT. At the monthly sitting of the Mag istratos’ Court on Wednesday, Mr. R. AL Watson, S.M. presided. Judgment for plaintiff was given in the following cases by default: 8. Arahanga v. A. E. Bosher claim £3 6s 9d and costs; Fred Coury v. Hcrewini te Tauhero claim £5 10s and costs; Towler and Proudo v. C. E. Williams claim £1 5s and costs; H. Strachey v. W. Waldcgrave £lO and costs. W. Evans was ordered to pay C. W. Rait the balance of a judgment £2 15s 9d by September 1 in default 7 days; J. L. Mead was ordered to pay Moore and Hanson Ltd. on a judgment the sum of £7 2s in default 7 days, warrant to be suspended as long as £1 per month was paid. W. P. Robertson was ordered to pay Dr. Feltham £4 10s on a judgment in default 7 days, warrant to be suspended as long as 10s per month was paid.
