Mr. D. Seabourne returned i rotm Wellington on Tuesday with the Federation machine A.8.P., in which Afr| G. Jardine, manager of the Regent Thpatre, was a passenger to the capi tai on a recent business visit to Wellington.

He is al ready an associate member of the in stitute of Civil Engineers (London).
