NO REPRESENTATION PROTEST BY LEADER VANCOUVER. June 27. A London inesage states that the complaint that Labour was not invited to participate in tho Imperial Conference was voiced by Air Tom Moore, president of the Trades and Labour Congress of Canada. Undoubtedly the Canadian manufacturers would be well represented. Canadian Labour had requested representation, but while the British delegation would be accompanied by trades union leaders, Cana dian Labour had been ignored.
