MAGISTRATE’S COURT
MISCELLANEOUS CASES. Mr. J. H. Salmon S.M. presided at the Magistrate’s Court at Wanganui yesterday morning and dealt with the following- miscellaneous cases:— Bertram Matson for using an unre gistered motor cycle and using wrong number plates was fined £2 and ordered to pay 12s 6d costs. Ho was allowed 1.4 days in which to pay. For not. holding a driver ’s license while driving a ear Robert Allen waifined £2 and ordered to pay 10s costs. Howard Mortonseu, for breaking his prohibition order, was fined £1 and ordered to pay 10s costs. Senior-Sergeant . McLean said it was a second offence, i A charge against William Lenon for > accompanying Mortonseu was dis . missed.
