Lu pino Lane’s pantomime and acrobatic dancing are also features, ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL Flock House is now getting a strong combination together, and on Saturday last the lads extended Palmerston North’s best team, St. Andrew’s, the latter winning by 4 goals to 2. The Saints held a 3—o lead at half-time, but the Parewanui boys showed great tenacity, and had their opponents in trouble on many occasions in the second half. Dixon netted twice for Flock House, and with Hockey played a fine game. There are a fair number of soccer players at the Afakowhai Camp now, as well as Rugby players, and a field is being secured for practice. Shortly our new]y-made Afakowhai friends will welcome teams from both codes of the game.
