VIOLAS
Violas are useful in spring gardening. The old-fashioned, small-flowered kinds for borders arc very popular. Their dainty, starry flowers are produced in the greatest abundance. The new bedding violas produce much larger flowers, in a variety of rich colours. They reproduce true to colour from seeds, and are better adapted for planting in separate beds or borders. Ribbon borders in various designs may include these violas.
