MISS JAMES IN TARANAKI Miss Esther James, who is walking the length of New Zealand, clad in New Zealand-madfe garments and advertising New Zealand-made goods, expected to reach New Plymouth yesterday at 5 p.m. Miss James will continue her journey to Inglewood on Monday. She will have walked 593 miles -when she reaches New Plymouth. Miss James expects to reach Wanganui on March 3, when a reception will be given her, and it is hoped that she will attend the W.D.F.U, garden party to be held at the home of Mrs. D. Blyth, on March 4.
