BULL—TREWBY. | St. Martin’s Church, Mangaweka, was beautifully decorated with pink rambler roses and hydrangeas on Tuesday, January' 5, when Susie, elder daughter of Mrs. Trewby and the late Mr. Trewby, Mangaweka, was married to Maxwell, Lovelace, Arthur, eldest son of the late Mr. and Mrs- Bui], Batley, KaiparaThe bride, who was escorted to the altar by her brother, Mr. Norman Trewby, “wore a beautifully fitting, ankle-length frock of ivory georgette with hip yoke and frills and an ivory chiffon veil worked in true lovers’ knots. She wore a necklace of seed pearls, the gift of her aunt, Dr. Lilian Trewby, England, and carried a lovely bouquet of pale pink roses, carnations and gypsophila. The bridesmaid, Miss Violet Trewby wore an ankle-length frock of torquoise blue georgette, with shoes to match and a black hat trimmed with torquoise flowers. She wore a chain and pendant of Chinese antique work, the gift of the bridegroom. Her bouquet was red polyanthus, roses and carnations. Mr. Ronald Bull supported. his brother as best man. The ceremony was performed by the Rev- W. Langston, assisted by the Rev. J. Neild, Palmerston N., and Mrs. Charles, Ohingaiti, presided at the organ. A reception was afterwards held at the home of the bride’s mother. Mrs. Trewby received her guests wearing a naval floral georgette with navy hat.
